Dear Student Veteran, My name is Chauncy Brinton, a psychology doctoral candidate at James Madison University, an OEF veteran, and a member of the Student Veterans of America, JMU Chapter. I obtained your email address from the SVA public website and I’m seeking participants for my dissertation, entitled “Military Belongingness and Post-traumatic Growth. This important online study is designed to help veterans and military policy makers better understand what helps service members grow in the aftermath of a crisis or challenge. Participants must have served in the US military (any branch of service to include Public Health Service) for at least two years active duty or in the active reserves.
